Pulte Homes is part of PulteGroup, which also owns Del Webb, DiVosta and Centex. Pulte's Sarasota division covers Parrish south to Englewood and North Port. It has more communities in Parrish than in any other city here.

Before you visit a Pulte Homes model
- PulteGroup sells under four names here. If you like a Pulte floor plan, ask whether a DiVosta, Centex or Del Webb community nearby offers the same plan at a different price or HOA level.
- Special rates usually require Pulte Mortgage, while price reductions often don't. Ask which parts of an offer depend on using the builder's lender.
- Several Parrish communities have more than one builder. Compare lot sizes and HOA dues across builders in the same community.
- Register your agent on your first visit or first web inquiry.

Are Pulte, Del Webb, DiVosta and Centex the same company?
Yes. All four are PulteGroup brands. Pulte's Sarasota page links to DiVosta, Del Webb and Centex communities in the same area.
Where is Pulte building around Sarasota?
As of October 2026 its site lists communities in Parrish, Bradenton, Sarasota, Nokomis, Wellen Park, North Port and Englewood. Parrish has the most.
Can I use my own agent with this builder?
Usually yes, as long as your agent is registered at your first visit or first contact. If you tour a model or send a builder web form on your own first, the builder may not recognize an agent later. Ask the sales office to confirm the registration in writing.
