Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 21, 2026

The Ivan Team at Wagner Realty wants everyone to be able to use floridalifeluxury.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG is the widely used standard for making websites usable by people with disabilities.

What we’ve done

Readable contrast. Text and buttons use color combinations chosen to meet WCAG contrast levels.
Keyboard use. You can reach every link, button and form field with a keyboard, and you’ll see a clear outline on the item you’re on.
Labeled forms. Every form field has a visible label, and required fields are marked.
Image descriptions. Photos have text descriptions (alt text) for screen readers.
Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off animated effects.
Clear structure. Pages use headings in order, so screen readers can move through them easily.
Testing. We check pages with Google Lighthouse and with manual checks, including keyboard only use, before we publish them.

Known limits

Some parts of the site are run by other companies, and we don’t fully control how they work:

MLS home search pages. Our “Search all homes” links go to search pages hosted by our website provider.
Embedded forms. Some forms are supplied by our CRM provider and may not meet every standard we hold our own pages to.

If one of these gets in your way, contact us and we’ll get you the same information another way.

Report a problem or ask for another format

If something on the site is hard to use, or you’d like information in another format (such as by phone, email or large print), please tell us:

Call Richard Ivan at 941-800-8891
Email Richard Ivan at richardivan@wagnerrealty.com or Patrice Ivan at patriceivan@wagnerrealty.com

Let us know the page and what went wrong. We’ll reply within 2 business days and work with you to fix it or find another way to help.
