In the Sarasota County part of Lakewood Ranch, south of University Parkway and reached from Lorraine Road, about a 5 to 10 minute drive from I-75 Exit 213 (our estimate). Waterside Place, the lakeside town center with shops and restaurants, is inside the area.

  • Emerald Landing (David Weekley Homes): townhomes and single-family homes, about 1,496 to 2,332 square feet, 193 homes. Lakewood Ranch says its City Homes and Cottage Series are in their final stage of available homes. HOA listed at $350 to $400 a month.
  • Shellstone (Homes by Towne, with custom homes by Lee Wetherington Homes): attached villas and single-family homes, about 1,692 to 3,733 square feet, 682 homes. HOA listed at $396 to $475 a month.
  • Bungalow Walk (Dream Finders Homes): two-story single-family homes with rear two-car garages, about 1,696 to 2,557 square feet, 225 homes, low-maintenance. HOA listed at $190 a month.
  • Wild Blue (AR Homes by Arthur Rutenberg, Anchor Builders, John Cannon Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes, Stock Luxury Homes): single-family and custom homes, about 2,400 to 4,575 square feet, 505 homes. HOA listed at $800 to $900 a month.
  • Kingfisher Estates (John Cannon Homes): 13 custom homesites on Kingfisher Lake, homes about 3,600 to 8,000 square feet. HOA listed at $330 a month.
  • HOA figures are as listed on lakewoodranch.com in October 2026. A Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District assessment applies in addition to HOA dues.
