Before you visit a Del Webb model
- In an age-restricted community, ask how the 55 and older rule applies to co-buyers, and to anyone who will live in the home or rent it.
- Amenity centers at Catalina and Sunchase are still being built. Ask for the expected opening date and what the HOA dues cover until then.
- Del Webb uses Pulte Mortgage for special rates. Ask which parts of an offer depend on using the builder's lender.

Can I use my own agent with this builder?
Usually yes, as long as your agent is registered at your first visit or first contact. If you tour a model or send a builder web form on your own first, the builder may not recognize an agent later. Ask the sales office to confirm the registration in writing.
